Muck Boots Kids Rover Winter Sport Boot Review

Getting boots for kids is often difficult, each and every parent understands this, and if you reside in the North where it snows a lot, it is imperative that you keep your kid's toes dry.  I had the pleasure; actually our 6 year old boy had the pleasure of trying out a pair of Muck Boots new Kid’s Rover Winter Sport Boot.  Nowadays, trying on a couple and publishing a review is usually different for me than having my boy try them on and write a comparison.

Theboots arrived neatly loaded in a package on our front porch on a Friday afternoon.  Coincidently it just happened to snow about 6 inches the previous evening.  Of course, our boy appeared to be extremely thrilled to receive his new boots on and get outside and perform.

Viewing him through the warmth in my cozy living room, my boy did those things any other 6 year old would do while in the snow.  He rolled around within the snow, manufactured some sort of construction, then rolled around some more.  After an hour he forgot he was even dressed in fresh boots.

He remained outdoors for some hours; kids can seem to withstand the freezing for lengthy intervals when they are having fun.  When he got indoors and took his boots off, I asked him how he appreciated them and he said, “Good”, and ran down into his bedroom.  Placing my hand in the boot when he got these off was all of the evidence I required.  They felt toasty warm in addition to completely dry.  Muck Boots has a winner here, especially for the kids within snowy, colder climates.
